Good location for getting the train into the centre as the hotel supplies a free shuttle bus service. Also within walking distance of the mall which had great places to eat. I recommend The Yard House.

Breakfast - The only good thing about the breakfast was the waffle maker.

Overall enjoyed our stay and would recomand. Wonderful pet-friendly hotel with reasonable value, we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, the check in was fine. The location was particularly good and perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from Springfield Town Center. The airport was a 21-minute drive from the property.

Delicious breakfast options awaited us each morning, and the staff's friendliness. The shuttle service to the metro was a game changer!

Unfortunately, the lighting in our room was quite dim. There was also some noise from the halls that disturbed our sleep.

Nothing but would suggest a list of nearby resturants...we explored and found several in walking distance but after sightseeing all day...looking for a close bite sometimes was a longer trek than we anticipated.

I stayed here for a short transit stay while exploring nearby attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a restful night. Although the breakfast was basic, it provided a decent variety to start the day. I also appreciated the convenient access to local shopping and dining options nearby.

the fact that the exit door from the elevators on the first floor were left open at all times in spite of the notice to say that one's room key would need to be used for re-entry. This is a Security risk and needs to be addressed.

Staff at the front desk was warm friendly and helpful. He knew what restaurants are nearby for dinner. Check in was smooth and efficient with a smile love the chocolate chip cookies. The checkout time was convenient for us to get to the Amtrak arrival. best hotel breakfast ever!

Asuper clean and cozy stay! The location is unbeatable, right across from the mall. The king room had all the essentials, including a quiet air conditioning unit. Staff was friendly, although the breakfast options could be improved. This place offers great value for proximity to D.C.

Booked a room with refrigerator and microwave. It was nice to have a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator available.

Location was amazing. Very close to family and other attractions in the city.

Hotel seemed dingy, damp and outdated in the hallways. The elevator was a bit worry some, it looked old and out of date. Desk employees were decently helpful but hard to understand, and a bit judgemental towards two of the handicapped veterans in my party. Bathrooms were very small and toilet was extremely close to door and tub. Parking wasn't too bad being we utilized the handicapped parking but 2 charter busses and multiple shipping containers took up many spaces so other guests had limited parking.

Convenient and Comfortable Stay

Stayed for 2 nights in a Queen room with two queen beds. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and nice cable TV. The breakfast included make-your-own waffles, yogurt, and hot items. The staff was super friendly and kept everything stocked. Location was awesome, near food and shopping, and the shuttle to the metro was really handy.
